As Tecology has grown, the way we work with clients has evolved. We now support larger teams, more complex projects, ongoing retainers, and clearer tracking of work and communication.

Tecology Hub is no longer used for day-to-day work, support, or billing.
However, it will remain available for at least the next three years so clients can continue to access historical information, including:
Tecology Hub should be considered a read-only reference system. No new work, updates, or requests will be handled there.
All current and future work with Tecology is managed through Tecology Workspace.
You do not need to take any immediate action regarding Tecology Hub. It remains available if you need to refer back to older information, and there is no urgency to migrate or download data unless you wish to do so.
Tecology will provide clear notice well in advance before Tecology Hub is fully decommissioned.
