All invoices issued by Tecology are available directly within Tecology Workspace. This allows you to view, track, and download your invoices at any time without needing to search through emails or contact support.

Where to Find Your Invoices

To access your invoices:

1. Log in to Tecology Workspace.
2. Use the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Select Invoices.

You will be taken to your invoices overview, where all invoices associated with your organisation are listed.

What You Can See in the Invoices List

The invoices list provides a clear summary of each invoice, including:

• Invoice number
• Issue date
• Amount
• Status (e.g. unpaid, paid)

This gives you a quick, at-a-glance view of your current billing position.

Viewing an Individual Invoice

To view the full details of an invoice:

1. Click on the invoice you want to view.
2. The invoice will open with full line-item details.

From here, you can review:

• The services or retainers covered by the invoice
• The billing period
• Any applicable notes or references

Downloading Invoices

Invoices can be downloaded directly from Tecology Workspace for your records.

This is useful for:

• Internal finance processing
• Expense reporting
• Sharing with your accounts team or finance department

Downloaded invoices are provided in a standard format suitable for accounting and audit purposes.

Who Can Access Invoices

Invoice visibility is controlled by user permissions.

Only users with the appropriate access level within your organisation will be able to view and download invoices. If you believe someone should have access but does not, please contact the Tecology support team.
