Receipts for paid invoices are available directly through Tecology Workspace and can also be accessed from invoice emails. This allows you to retrieve proof of payment whenever it is needed for accounting or record-keeping purposes.
A receipt becomes available once an invoice has been successfully paid.

If an invoice has not yet been paid, a receipt will not be available.
To download a receipt:
Receipts can also be accessed via the payment confirmation email sent after successful payment.
Downloaded receipts can be used for:
Receipts remain available after payment and can be downloaded again at any time if needed.
If you believe a receipt should be available but cannot find it, please contact the Tecology support team and include the invoice number so we can assist.
